Ultimaker S3

The Ultimaker S3 is dual extrusion 3D printer in a smaller footprint than the Ultimaker S5. With the versatility of 3D printing in a wide range of different materials, a front enclosure and excellent network connectivity, the S3 is suited for a range of applications from rapid prototyping of small to medium designs and models, to creating on-demand parts and functional prototypes.

Ultimaker S3 key features include:

  • Material versatility: The S3 can use a wide range of thermoplastics including PLA, Nylon, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, TPU, Tough PLA, ABS and soluble support materials such as PVA and Breakaway Support, with preset configurations for Ultimaker materials, as well as access to third party materials via the Ultimaker Marketplace

  • Front enclosure: The S3 has a front enclosure and comes with active bed levelling for an improved printing environment to generate better print results

  • Flow sensor: The S3 has a sensor to measure the flow of filament, to pause printing when it runs out

  • Network connectivity: Print via Wi-Fi, LAN, cloud, or with USB

  • Easy setup and monitoring: Intuitive touch screen for control and NFC material recognition and internal camera

Compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
